Shipping Policy
Fairfax ADL Pty Ltd ships Australia-wide using trusted shipping providers including Australia Post.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches, sales, promotions, and high-volume periods, slight delays may occur.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Parcel size
- Weight
- Delivery location
Any shipping promotions will be advertised separately.
Authority To Leave
Unless requested otherwise, orders may be shipped with Authority To Leave (ATL).
Fairfax is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Fairfax is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect address details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels have been handed to the shipping provider, delivery times are outside Fairfax’s control.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, Fairfax will assist where possible in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
30 Day Returns – Sneakers & Clothing
Fairfax offers returns on eligible sneakers and clothing items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Items must be in original condition
Once approved, customers may receive:
- Store credit
- Exchange
- Refund (where applicable)
No Returns On Pokémon Products
Due to the collectible and sealed nature of Pokémon products, Fairfax does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- Pokémon booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
- Single cards
- Graded cards
- Any opened Pokémon products
All Pokémon sales are final.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A faulty item
- An incorrect order
- An item significantly different from its description
Please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
If approved, Fairfax may offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
- Exchange
in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
